A New Leadership Vision

At the end of a two-hour interview for a leadership position in your organization, one of the interviewers says she has one last question: What is your vision for this organization?

Write a 1,400- to 2,100-word response to that question.
Address the following in your answer:
  • interview questions you may have been asked
  • organization mission statement and goals
  • initiatives for change
  • organizational climate
Formulate your response within the scope of a leadership model by incorporating:
  • a self-awareness of your strengths and weaknesses
  • your leadership traits, skills, values and beliefs to the goals of the organization
Include at least five scholarly references.
Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.
